Frequently Asked Questions
What is the minimum order quantity for a Southeast Asia launch?
MOQ is set per format, not per region. Liquid and cream formats start at 500 kg per batch, applicator foam at 5,000 units, capsules at 100,000 softgels and the self-heating patch at 10,000 boxes. The table above lists every format.
Can I order samples before committing to mass production?
Yes. Evaluation samples take 7-14 working days and are provided, with the buyer covering shipping cost. Samples do not count towards the mass-production MOQ, and we do not support small-batch trial-run production.
How long does mass production take?
30-60 working days in-factory. That figure covers production only — it excludes pre-production preparation, packaging procurement and any third-party registration work, which run on separate timelines.
Can one formula be sold in all six Southeast Asian markets?
Usually yes for the formulation, but not automatically for the paperwork. Label wording, claim language and some testing annexes are market-specific, and the Philippines requires a licensed local holder before a filing can be lodged at all.
Do you handle registration for us?
No. Registration and notification are filed by you or your appointed local agent. We supply the manufacturer-side documents each route requires — certificates of analysis, stability and testing reports, ingredient documentation and label wording review.
What documentation do you provide for halal-sensitive markets?
We support halal-ready raw-material documentation and production controls for Indonesia and Malaysia, and prepare the documentation your certifier or importer will request. Halal certification itself is held or obtained by the brand for its market.
